A Client’s Story of Revision Rhinoplasty and Forehead Augmentation

Why our client decided to have her nose redone after a fortune teller’s comment
Her 4th nose surgery, with a new shape
She had had rhinoplasty before and had always felt confident, but this time a fortune teller suggested that augmenting her forehead and matching her nose to it would be good for her finances. This is her own personal belief
She had already been thinking about changing the shape of her nose, because her alae were quite wide, even though she had had rhinoplasty before. She did not feel ready because she did not want to go through the discomfort of surgery. After the comment from a fortune teller she respects, she decided to contact Dr. Ty (นายแพทย์กิตติศักดิ์ วงค์เทียนชัย, ว.35602) at S45 Clinic to ask whether she should have it done. Dr. Ty also recommended adjusting the shape of her nose and augmenting her forehead, so that the forehead would match the nose and the face would look softer.
During the consultation, she told the surgeon clearly that she did not want the forehead to be too prominent, did not want the change to be too noticeable and did not want a Barbie forehead shape. She wanted the forehead augmentation to blend softly with the nose she was having corrected.
Before deciding, our client read up on the procedures, looked at review photos and talked it over with her family. On the day of surgery, she had a general anaesthetic, so she was asleep during the operation. On the day she went back to have the staples and forehead dressing removed, she stopped to buy lottery tickets and won a prize for matching the first 3 digits, having bought 5 tickets. She felt this matched what the fortune teller had said, and after her face became more balanced she also found she had more work coming in. She stresses that this is her personal belief and that it gives her peace of mind. Plastic surgery does not affect luck or income.
She had 4D CT FIT forehead augmentation, which uses a silicone implant designed to fit the shape of the face. The silicone does not break down. The implant is designed from a CT scan of the skull for accuracy and custom-made in Korea from implant-grade material.
Structural revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage
There is a small scar under the right breast fold.
After surgery, she came back to have her stitches removed and had hyperbaric therapy to reduce swelling at Theptarin Hospital. She could see the new shape and softer look of her face clearly at 27 days (results depend on each person’s body).
