Surgery Booking Conditions

1. You can only secure your surgery date after paying the booking deposit.
2. Please confirm your surgery date within 2 days of paying the deposit.
3. If you want to change your appointment date, you can reschedule up to 2 times with advance notice of:
   • at least 2 weeks (for surgery at the clinic)
   • at least 4 weeks (for surgery at a hospital)
   • If you reschedule at short notice without meeting the clinic’s notice period, the clinic will charge a short-notice fee under the following conditions:
     • for closed augmentation, an extra fee of THB 10,000
     • for closed augmentation, an extra fee of THB 30,000 (for surgery at the clinic)
     • for closed augmentation, an extra fee of THB 50,000 (for surgery at a hospital)
4. If you have an accident or sudden illness, please tell the clinic at least 48 hours before your surgery appointment and show a medical certificate. If the clinic is not told or no medical certificate is shown within this time, the clinic reserves the right not to refund the deposit. You will be treated as having given up your surgery booking and will need to pay a deposit and book again.
5. If a booking is swapped or sold without the clinic’s written acknowledgement, the clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment in all cases.
6. If your personal details change, such as your phone number, Facebook, LINE or other contact details, please tell our team so we can contact you before your surgery date. If you do not tell us and the clinic cannot contact you, you will be treated as having given up your surgery booking and will need to pay a deposit and book again.
7. The clinic does not refund deposits in any circumstances.
