With open rhinoplasty, the shape you ‘like’ may not suit your nose ‘structure’. See the 5 key areas that surgeons at S45 Clinic assess before planning a nose shape that suits each person’s face.
This suits people with problems with their original nasal structure or who have had several revisions. It adds strength, with no silicone implant at the nasal tip that could push through the skin in future. Rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty are about more than confidence and appearance.
